Miner is considering only European coaches on its shortlist, the journalist said Victor Vatsko.

The miners are holding negotiations with the candidates. There are no specific agreements with any of the potential coaches yet.

Shakhtar fired Patrick van Leeuwen as head coach a few days ago. Sports director Darijo Srna has been appointed as temporary coach. According to TaToTake, the Croatian’s headquarters included Carlo Nicolini (physical training specialist), Andrey Pyatov (goalkeeper coach) and Radion Paltsun (analyst).

Shakhtar ranks third in the UPL, having played one match less than Krivbass and Polesie. On October 21, the Miners will play against LNZ in the Ukrainian Championship. The match will be judged by a team of referees led by Ekaterina Monzul.
