The coach is on sabbatical with his family
Former coach of Dnepr-1 Alexander Kucher until I found a new club and refused one offer.
“Now I’m at home, I had an offer, but refused. I’m on sabbatical with my family. We watch football, read, understand. Perhaps, if possible, we will go for an internship, there are options. Of course, in our situation this is not easy, but if there is an opportunity, we will try to go.”
Kucher resigned from the post of head coach of Dnepr-1 in August. Under his leadership, at the start of the season, the Dnieper team were consistently eliminated from Panathinaikos in the Champions League and Slavia in the Europa League, and also made an unsuccessful start in the Ukrainian Championship. Let us remember that last season Dnepr-1 became vice-champion and played in the playoffs of the Conference League.
Dnipro occupy seventh place in the UPL. In the next match, the team, now led by Yuri Maksimov, will play against Dynamo on October 22.
