Coach Zarya is pleased with the victory over Obolon
Trainer Zari Valery Kriventsov commented on the team’s victory in the match against Obolon (4:2) in the 11th round Ukrainian Championship.
“It was a difficult victory, but we should have won more calmly. We deserved to win. For us it is long-awaited. Regarding the game, we can note the opponent – Obolon has not lost on its field for a long time. They gain points and look solid. We managed to beat this team, we are happy about it. We are looking forward, because a lot of fights await us,” Kriventsov said.
“You need to understand that the team has changed quite a bit. But we can say today that those “men” who were there returned, and new ones joined.”
Zarya won the third match in a row in all tournaments. Kriventsov’s team is in 13th position in the UPL standings with 9 points.
In the next round on October 29, Zorya will play against Polesie. Let us remind you that on October 26, the Lugansk team was supposed to play on the road with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Conference League, but the match was postponed to November 25 due to military events in Israel.
