The Russian Ski Federation (FLGR) expressed its condolences to family and friends Anfisa Reztsova .

A three-time Olympic champion in biathlon and cross-country skiing, Reztsova died on October 19 at the age of 58.

— We express our deepest condolences to the family and friends. The date and location of the funeral will also be announced, the FLGR social media post said.

Reztsova won gold and silver in cross-country skiing at the 1988 Olympics and also won three world championships. In biathlon, the athlete won gold at the 1992 (sprint) and 1994 (relay) Games, and also became a silver medalist at the world championships.
