Vadim Gutzeit commented on the Russian attack on the Dynamo sports base in Zaporozhye.
The Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and President of the NOC Vadim Gutzeit said how many sports facilities were damaged by the terrorist actions of the Russians.
“Another blow by the Russians to the sports infrastructure. Due to rocket attacks, the Dynamo sports base in Zaporozhye – our pride and place of Olympic hope – has now been destroyed. This is the 351st sports facilities in 14 regions of Ukraine that have been damaged since the beginning of the mass invasion.”
Gutzeit condemned the actions of the occupiers.
“This is our common pain and loss. This is another attempt by the occupiers to destroy our Olympic future. But no one will break our spirit. Ukrainians always show superhuman strength and courage. Building we want a future where sport unites and does not divide. . Where stadiums are places of joy and success, not fear,” Gutzeit wrote on Facebook.

Olympic medalist Parviz Nasibov also commented on the blow to Dynamo’s base.
