On Sunday, Erokhov took second place at the Russian Grand Prix stage in Omsk, earning 268.22 points for both skates. The winner was Matvey Vetlugin (270.87 points), the third place was taken by Grigory Fedorov (251.10).
Previously, Erokhov trained in Eteri Tutberidze’s group. Currently he studies under the supervision of Victoria Butsaeva.

Last place is of course important to me. But I’m glad I pulled myself out from somewhere deep down. And the location is rather secondary.
I have an all-male group? I find it interesting to train with the guys. We’re all in competition mode, but it’s not like it’s a serious start. Somewhere you can use humor, a friendly atmosphere.
Was it distracting when the girls were skating nearby and doing difficult jumps? When Sasha Trusova just started riding quads, I was not envious, but I had thoughts: “She does it, but I can’t?” It pushed me forward.
