Mishina and Gallyamov won the Russian Grand Prix in Omsk, Kostornaya and Kunitsa took 4th place

Skaters Anastasia Michina And Alexander Galliamov won the pair skating competition at the second stage of the Russian Grand Prix, which took place in Omsk.

Based on the sum of their short and free programs, they earned 232.98 points. Their result in the free skate (159.48) exceeds the world record, but will not be recorded as it was during national competitions.

Natalya Khabibullina and Ilya Knyazhuk took second place (221.67 points in total for two performances), Yulia Artemyeva and Alexey Bryukhanov took third place (203.32). Alena Kostornaya and Georgy Kunitsa were one step away from the medals, finishing fourth (192.77).

The third stage of the Russian Grand Prix will take place on October 28-29 in Krasnoyarsk.
