Fury: Usyk is a sausage, he will fight me in December

The exact date of the fight for the undisputed heavyweight title is planned to be announced after the fight of the “Gypsy King” with Francis Ngannou

WBC World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury expects a fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion with the holder of the WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO belts Alexander Usik will take place in December.

“Usik is a sausage. “I expect our fight to take place in December, that’s what I’ve been told, so I have no reason not to believe it.”

“Usyk has to fight me in December, he has no choice. He signed the contract, so if he doesn’t, he’s in breach of the contract and he’ll get sued, so he doesn’t really have a choice.”

Usik and Fury signed a contract to fight for the absolute title in the heavyweight category – this became known in September. The fight is planned to take place on December 23 or January 2024 in Saudi Arabia. It is planned that the exact date of the event will be announced after the fight between the “Gypsy King” and Ngannou.

The 10-round fight between Fury and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou will take place on October 28 in the Saudi capital of Riyadh. The WBC granted Tyson special permission to fight the former UFC champion.
