At the beginning of the race there was a monstrous accident involving five cars

Carlos Sainz from Ferrari became the winner of the race in the framework of British Grand Prix. The Spaniard won the race at Silverstone, starting from first place in qualifying.

Second place in the UK went to Red Bull driver Sergio Perez. Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton took third place at the home stage.

Formula 1 leader Max Verstappen finished only seventh. Rounding out the top 10 was Kevin Magnussen of Haas.
