The Brazilian moved to Zorya from North Macedonian Vardar ahead of the start of the 2020/21 season. The current agreement between Juninho and the Luhansk club runs until 2024.
Zorya will start the new season on August 4 when they play in the third round of the Conference League qualification. Luhansk residents will recognize their rival on July 18.
Paphos finished the last season of the Cyprus Championship in sixth position in the standings.
