The Rossoneri remain in the Champions League without a win or a goal scored
Paris Saint-Germain won a big victory at home against Milan in the 3rd round match Champions League – 3:0.
In the first half hour there was a more or less equal fight, but then the Parisians succeeded in a high-quality, fast attack. Warren Zaire-Emery passed to Kylian Mbappe, who rocked Fikayo Tomori and dealt with Mike Maignan.
In the second half, PSG quickly doubled the score. Ousmane Dembele’s goal was canceled out by VAR (a violation of the rules during the attack), but a few minutes later the ex-Barcelona winger became an accomplice in the goal, where Randal Colo-Muani had the decisive touch.
In the remaining time, Rafael Leau and Olivier Giroud had half a chance to return Milan to the game, but the hosts missed even more obvious chances. So, Maignan made an incomprehensible save after another blow from Mbappe. But he didn’t save after Lee Kang-in’s accurate shot (Zaire-Emery recorded his second assist).
Milan lost for the second time in a row, after losing the championship (also dry) to Juventus. Stefano Pioli’s team finishes Quartet F with two points, although they haven’t scored a single goal in three rounds. The victory allowed the Parisian club to score 6 points and lead the group.
PSG will meet Brest in Ligue 1 on October 29. Milan will play away in Serie A on the same evening against Napoli.
