Olympic figure skating champion in the team tournament Kamila Valieva will use the soundtrack of the Hollywood film “Interstellar” in the short program next season, announced the choreographer of the group Eteri Tutberidze Daniil Gleikhengauz.
The Valieva team chose Tick-Tock and Cornfield Chase by composer Hans Zimmer. The production will include the original first track and a cover version of Cornfield Chase performed by musician Dorian Marco.
“There is a message waiting for you inside the program,” Gleichenhaus announced on social media.
Valieva won gold at the 2022 Olympics in the team competition. After that, it became known that the banned substance trimetazidine was found in the doping sample of a 15-year-old athlete taken during the Russian championship in December. As a result, Valieva was allowed to participate in the personal tournament, where she was considered the favorite, but took 4th place. The investigation into the figure skater continues.
