Los Pumas could not repeat their best result at the World Cup

The English team started the match better and led 13:0, but before the break the Argentines managed to reduce the gap to 6 points.
At the beginning of the second half of the meeting, Los Pumas took the lead at all times. The British quickly regained their advantage and managed to bring the match to victory in a tense ending – 26:23.
England finished third in the World Cup for the first time. England previously won the tournament in 2003 and were also finalists in 1991, 2007 and 2019. Argentina’s best result was third place in 2007.
New Zealand and South Africa will play in the 2023 World Cup final in France. The fight will take place on Saturday, October 28. Starts at 22:00 Kyiv time.
