Usain Bolt called it a mistake to start a football career in Australia

Eight times Olympic champion Usain Bolt called it a mistake to start a football career in Australia after retiring from athletics in 2017.

– It was a mistake. When I retired from athletics, I didn’t want to stay in Europe because of the media. I went to Australia, but the level of football there was low. I had to stay in Europe, – quotes 35-year-old Bolt Fox Sports.

In August 2018, the Jamaican joined the Central Coast Mariners but left the team a few months later.
