The captain of the Rwandan national team is delighted with the people of Ukraine
Midfielder Krivbassa Jihad Bizimana shared his opinion about Ukrainians in general and residents of Krivoy Rog in particular.
“I am amazed by the courage of Ukrainians. The whole world admires you. I wish Ukraine peace and a speedy victory over the racists. If we talk about Krivoy Rog, I would like to mention the people. They are sincere and open here, and they welcome us very well. I am grateful to everyone for this.”
The 26-year-old defensive midfielder joined the Krivbass squad at the end of July 2023. Bizimana played 12 matches for the Krivoy Rog club (11 from the first minutes) and gave one assist.
Jihad Bizimana is a current football player of the Rwandan national team, to which he is also called up from the Ukrainian championship. In the last two matches of his national team, he came out with the captain’s armband.
Krivbass leads the Ukrainian Premier League with 26 points in 12 rounds. On November 6, the Krivoy Rog team will have an away match with Polesie, which is in second place.
