Athletistic/ Figure skating. Olympic champion Nikita Katsalapov answered a question about star fever. He believes he has never suffered from it.
– I know that many artists and athletes, according to society, after achieving dizzying success, are susceptible to star fever. I think I almost never had it. Every victory I have in life gives me a certain motivation, the understanding that you are doing everything right and the strength to move forward. I am an athlete not only on ice, but, most likely, in life itself, so I really like to set new and new goals for myself, ”Katsalapov said, as quoted by StarHit.
Nikita Katsalapov became Olympic champion in 2014, with Elena Ilinykh, and also in 2022, with Victoria Sinitsyna. Both medals were received during the team tournament.
