According to TASS, as of November 1, 26 Russian cyclists and 10 representatives of the Russian women’s team had received neutral status.
Men: Alexei Medvedev, Gleb Syritsa, Pyotr Sapronov, Mikhail Postarnak, Nikita Bykovsky, Daniil Kazakov, Vyacheslav Ivanov, Sergey Malnev, Vlas Shichkin, Alexander Grigoriev, Grigory Skornyakov, Boris Ponomarev, Egor Igoshev, Fedor Dayasov, Ivan Seledkov, Ruslan Kuznetsov, Pyotr Vinokurov, Daniil Zarakovsky, Nikita Kiriltsev, Vladimir Goncharov, Ivan Maikin, Ivan Samusev, Ilya Shchegolkov, Ilya Savekin, Mark Kryuchkov and Ivan Smirnov.
Women: Alena Ivanchenko, Daria Malkova, Daria Ermolova, Elizaveta Solozobova, Tamara Dronova, Valeria Valgonen, Daria Dyatlova, Ekaterina Evlanova, Diana Smirnova and Tatyana Malkova.
Note that the UCI refused to grant neutral status to three representatives of Russia – Anastasia Voinova and Maria Novolodskaya, as well as Alexey Obydennov. This ban will remain in effect as long as special UCI rules apply to representatives of Russia and Belarus.
In May 2023, the UCI allowed Russians and Belarusians to participate in competitions under its auspices, including the World Cup, Nations Cup and World Championships, as neutral individual athletes.
