Kovpanets estimated the chances of Russian trackers qualifying for the Olympics if admitted

The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) has published the qualification system for the Paris Games. Trackers must obtain a score in order to obtain a quota for the Olympic Games.

The Paris Olympic Games will take place from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
