Olympic figure skating champion Roman Kostomarov said he would choose the song “What a Wonderful World” for the program if he were to return to the ice.
Kostomarov has suffered several amputations this year after being hospitalized. In July, the 46-year-old announced his release.
— If you chose music now, if you went skateboarding, what would you choose?
“What a wonderful world, something like that,” Kostomarov said during the federal educational marathon “Knowledge”.
Kostomarov, partnered with Tatyana Navka, won gold at the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin, and also won the World Championships twice and the European Championships three times.
