The head coach and former president of Sokol attacked a Hurricane player
Futsal Association of Ukraine (UFU) initiated the opening of a disciplinary case regarding a fight in a match Falcon With Hurricane V Extra League.
It is reported that in a fight in Khmelnitsky, the head coach of Sokol and the former honorary president of the club attacked a Hurricane player. The incident occurred immediately after the match was suspended during an air raid.
A police squad arrived for the fight. The Hurricane player filed a statement about the offense at the Khmelnytsky police station. The athlete was also examined at a local emergency room for physical injuries.
The AFU transfers all official materials on the match to the football justice authorities and the executive committees of the AFU and UAF for a legal assessment of the incident. The Association also initiated a meeting of the heads of Extra League clubs.
The match between Sokol and Hurricane was interrupted with the score 2:0 in favor of the Ivano-Frankivsk club. In the Extra League table, Hurricane is in second place with 19 points. Sokol is in fourth place with 14 points.
