In early November, the CAS registered the ROC’s appeal against the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) decision to suspend membership in the organization. On October 12, the IOC Executive Committee suspended the ROC until further notice due to the inclusion of the Olympic councils of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions in the committee.
