The midfielder will recover from injury in the Spurs camp

Midfielder Tottenham’s James Maddison will miss the November national team training camp England.

Spurs have officially confirmed Maddison’s ankle injury. Let us remind you that James was injured in the match of the 11th round of the Premier League with Chelsea (1:4).

The player will remain at the club’s location to recover from the injury. Maddison will therefore not play in the 2024 European Championship qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.

Maddison has made 12 appearances for Tottenham in all competitions this season. He has three goals and five assists. James played five games for the national team.

England lead Group C after six matches. The Ukrainian national team also plays in the same group, which is in second place and is three points ahead of third-placed Italy. At the same time, Italy has a match in hand.

In November, Gareth Southgate’s team will play against Malta (November 17) and North Macedonia (November 20).
