Arteta: I’m very happy for Zinchenko, he lives for the game

The Ukrainian scored his debut goal this season

Head coach Arsenal Mikel Arteta celebrated the Ukrainian’s goal Alexandra Zinchenko in the match with Burnley in the 12th round nuclear submarine (3:1).

“I’m very happy for him. Against teams like this, the mobility and threat he creates, the way he moves the ball, the space he takes up and makes himself available to other players is crucial.”

“His defensive role I really liked today, how dedicated he was in every defensive action. The goal he scored is a really good example of how he lives the game when the ball is far away from him. He gets the ball first, that’s why he scores, that’s what we need from him.”

Zinchenko scored the final goal in the reporting match. Let us note that this goal was the Ukrainian’s first this season and his debut at Arsenal’s home arena.

Arsenal, with 27 points, ranks second in the Premier League, behind Manchester City in terms of additional indicators. In the next round, Mikel Arteta’s team will play against Brentford. The meeting is scheduled for November 25.
