Member of the Bureau of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) Vladimir Salnikov told that the FINA president had promised to come back to the issue of including Russians in the technical committees as soon as the international situation changed.
Russian athletes will not participate in FINA competitions until the end of 2022 due to the situation in Ukraine.
