Figure skater Yegor Bazin organized a mini-camp in Kazan

Coach Yuri Larionov told that the Russian ice dancing champion Egor Bazin Last week I came to Kazan and gave a lesson to his students.

Yuri Larionov is a medalist at the 2012 European Championships with Vera Bazarova. After retiring from sports in 2014, he became a coach. He worked at Nina Moser’s school and several years ago moved to Kazan, where he teaches children singles and group pair skating.

— Last week, my children had a mini-camp with Egor Bazin. He taught my students how to slide and shared his experience in choreographic skills – how to behave and present yourself on the ice. I try to periodically organize such meetings for students so that they can ride alongside top athletes who participate in the best famous and demanded tournaments. It is important for inspiration, so I attract friends and acquaintances. Imagine: a child leads a life of training from morning to night, and then suddenly a star is brought to the ice rink! – said Larionov to the correspondent.

Egor Bazin is the Russian champion associated with Elizaveta Khudaiberdieva during the 2022/23 season. Since this season, they have been training as a group Alexandra Jouline .
