Double Olympic silver medalist Vladimir Morozov told he will continue to stay fit and perform on the show with his partner Evgenia Tarasova .

On Monday, Tarasova and Morozov announced the end of their sports careers.

— Zhenya and I explained the reasons for our decision in the podcast. There is basically nothing to add to this.

– What are your plans for the future? Are you considering a career as a coach?

— A coaching career is not expected in the near future. Now we study at universities. Zhenya is in Sochi, I am at Moscow State University. You must first complete your studies. Additionally, there are offers to participate in ice shows. We will continue to ride and stay fit. That’s all for the near future.

— What are you studying at Moscow State University?

— I study at the School of Cultural Policy at Moscow State University.

— How do you plan to implement this education in the future?

“First let me do this education, then we will see,” Morozov told .

Tarasova and Morozov won silver at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics in the team event and won silver at the 2022 Beijing Olympics in pair skating. The skaters also won two silver and one bronze medals at the world championships, and the duo won the European championship twice.
