Head coach Ukrainian national team Sergey Rebrov shared a joint photo with his players on his social networks in preparation for the decisive qualifying match Euro 2024 against Italian national team.
“The beginning of the last and most important gathering of the year. It’s time to thoroughly prepare together for the decisive match against Italy,” Rebrov commented on the training routine.
Yesterday, November 13, the training camp of the Ukrainian national team started in Gdansk, Poland. It is in this city that Rebrov’s team will hold a sparring match against Lechia on November 16, for which the Ukrainians Bohdan Sarnavsky, Ivan Zhelizko and Maxim Khlan, as well as ex-Krivbass player Rifet Kapic, are currently playing.
On November 17, the Italian national team will play in the qualifying round for Euro 2024. Squadra Azzurra will play against North Macedonia, after which they will go to the match with Ukraine, which will determine the owner of the second ticket from Group C to Euro 2024.
Sergei Rebrov’s team will play against Italy on November 20 in Leverkusen (Germany) at the Bay Arena stadium, starting at 20:45 local time or at 21:45 Kyiv time. At the end of October, ticket sales for the final match of the blue-yellows in the group round of qualifying began.
