Junior world track cycling champion Alina Lysenko of Russia told that even after obtaining neutral status, the question of participation in international competitions remains open.
The International Cycling Union (UCI) approved Lysenko’s neutral status on Wednesday, allowing him to compete in track cycling’s biggest competitions.
