Prometheus officially signed the defender Rob Gray. Details of the agreement with the 29-year-old American have not been reported.
Gray has been performing in Europe since 2019. He played for the French Bourg, Metropolitan 92 and Monaco, as well as the Turkish Tofaş.
Together with Monaco, Rob won the 2020/21 EuroCup and was named MVP of the final tournament. Last season, as part of Tofaş, Gray averaged 17.9 points in the Turkish Championship and 21.0 points in the Champions League.
It was previously reported that Prometheus plans to part with four players – Marcus Keane, Rashard Kelly, Vyacheslav Petrov and Andrei Voynalovich.
In the last match, Prometheus defeated Hapoel Tel Aviv in the match of the seventh round of Group A of the Eurocup – 98:89. On November 18, Ronen Ginzburg’s team will face Pärnu in LEBL.
