The Serb left the Ukrainian team at the end of the summer
Former head coach Zari Nenad Lalatovic headed Spartak from Subotica. The contract with the 45-year-old coach runs until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Lalatovic is a former Shakhtar Donetsk player. Nenad took charge of Zarya in early July, but at the end of the summer he decided to leave the team. After the Serb left, the Lugansk team was led by Mladen Bartulovich, and then by Valery Kriventsov, who was fired the other day.
Previously, Lalatovic also worked with Crvena Zvezda, Vojvodina and a number of other Serbian clubs. He also led the Serbian U-21 national team.
As head coach of Serbian Spartak, Lalatovich replaced Russian coach Alexander Kerzhakov, who left the team due to unsatisfactory results. The club from Subotica is in 11th place in the Serbian championship, gaining 16 points after 14 rounds.
