Nikita Malyutin won a stage of the junior series of the Russian Figure Skating Grand Prix in Samara.
Malyutin was the best in the short and free programs and became the winner of the stage with a total of 228.33 points. Alexander Semkov took second place (215.79 points), 0.57 points ahead of Kirill Nozdrevatykh. Nozdrevatykh finished 6th after the short program, but arbitrarily became second, receiving 144.64 points from the judges, and took the final third place with a score of 215.22 points.
