The Norwegian won the Golden Boy award in 2020
Tuttosport’s Council of Legends awarded the Norwegian striker Erling Holland prize Golden Player 2023.
The 24-year-old Norwegian has had a brilliant 2022/23 season, scoring 52 goals in 53 appearances to win the treble with Manchester City.
In the summer of 2023, Haaland was recognized as the best player of the previous season according to PFA and UEFA. The Norwegian did not go without awards at the main award of the year – the 2023 Ballon d’Or ceremony. There, Erling received the Gerd Müller Trophy as the best goalscorer of the past year. In the central voting for the ZM 2023, Haaland took second place, losing 105 points to Lionel Messi.

In 2020, this award, the award for the best young footballer in Europe under 21, was won by Haaland himself.
