Athletistic/ Figure skating. Russian figure skating team doctor Philip Shvetsky commented on Eteri Tutberidze’s comments regarding figure skater Kamila Valieva.
“Toutberidze is a direct participant in all this. She is worried, so she has the right to say something,” Shvetsky told SE.
Previously, the Lausanne CAS had completed the hearings in the Valieva case. The verdict will be delivered in January 2024.
Valieva is the 2022 European women’s singles champion.
Currently, Russian figure skaters are suspended from international tournaments.
