Figure skater Irina Khavronina playing in tandem with David Narizhny said that at the Russian Grand Prix stage in Samara they were warmly welcomed and their grandmothers took autographs.

Khavronina and Narizhny take second place in rhythm dance at the pair dance competition on the stage of the Russian Grand Prix in Samara.

— We have worked hard, as usual, to correct the inaccuracies and errors made earlier. The crowd here is very loud and everyone supports us. We were coming out of practice and the grandmothers came up to us and asked us for autographs. In general, we were received here very warmly,” said Khavronina.

Narizhny noted that the program had been slightly modified.

“We slightly changed the start of the track, changed the twists compared to the first stage,” reports correspondent, according to Narizhny’s words.
