Triple Olympic medalist Yulia Efimova reached the 50-meter breaststroke final at the Russian Short Course Championships, held in St. Petersburg.
The athlete finished second in his semi-final heat, with a result of 29.86 seconds. Evgenia Chikunova won the first semi-final at the same time.
Efimova, 31, returned to competition at the end of October. This is his first Russian championship in two years.
