The 37-year-old Argentine will play in the Uruguayan championship
Former striker of Kyiv Dynamo Marco Ruben resumed his professional career. The 37-year-old forward signed with the Uruguayan Deportivo Maldonado contract for 2024.
In May 2022, Marco announced his retirement. At that time, the Argentine played for Rosario Central, where he scored 105 goals in 263 matches.
Ruben became a Dynamo player in 2012, but played only 15 matches for the Kyiv club and scored one goal. Subsequently, the white-blues loaned the forward to Evian, Tigres and Rosario Central.
Ruben is also known for his performances for River Plate, Villarreal, Recreativo and Atlético Paranaense.
Deportivo Maldonado takes 6th place in the elite division of the Uruguay championship, gaining 15 points after 11 rounds. The team will play their next match on November 26 against Defensor Sporting.
