“I think Sasha has everything to gain in figure skating, and if something is missing, then you have to work on it. The fact that they try different sports is very good, it develops from a training point of view general physicality, and speed and strength training,” Tarasova said.
On June 9, 2022, Alexandra Trusova took part in the long jump competitions as part of the Moscow Athletics Week. On July 6, a video of Trusova’s pole vault training was posted on the Telegram channel. In the video, the skater took a small height – 190 cm.
