Skaters Elizaveta Shanaeva And Pavel Drozd after taking second place in rhythm dancing on the Moscow Grand Prix stage, they said they wanted to improve their skating so that it would be reflected in their scores.

— Pavel Drozd (PD): Very cool atmosphere at Megasport. It’s very nice to play here, it feels like you’re skating at home. Emotionally, we gave everything today. We haven’t had time to analyze the rental yet. I would like to watch the video first. Overall, I think we managed to show excellent skating.

We have slightly modified the images for rhythm dancing. It was proposed to make some adjustments. We decided to experiment. Perhaps we managed to surprise with the change of image.

— Is it difficult to change cities during the Grand Prix?

— Elizaveta Shanaeva (ES): The Grand Prix is a well-organized start. Everywhere you go there is an arena prepared and there are spectators. In general, there is no difference – where to play.

— Did you have to greatly improve rhythm dancing after Krasnoyarsk?

-PD: We refined the dance a lot. We’ve worked hard to make it more powerful, faster and cleaner. We have not had any major technical faults. We’ve tweaked it to add more rental class and performance.

— Are you satisfied with the points?

— PD: I wanted to exceed the score of 80. I had already read the comment of my dear friend Dima Kozlovsky. We want to improve not only according to our own feelings, but also for this to be reflected in our grades. We will continue to work, we will pass this assessment and everything will be fine,” the correspondent reports the skaters’ words.

The athletes will perform their free dance on Sunday.
