2006 Olympic ice dancing champion Tatiana Navka believes that victory at the final stage of the Russian Grand Prix in Moscow will give confidence to Kamila Valieva.
Valieva won the Grand Prix stage in Moscow on Sunday. The 17-year-old figure skater fell while performing a quadruple toe loop and triple lutz in the free skate, but took the final first place, scoring a total of 226.22 points.
“I’m just really pleased and happy for her.” I’m sure everything will be fine. Any victory gives confidence. Keep it up and move forward! – Navka said at the Championship.
Previously, Valieva took fourth place at the Russian Grand Prix stage in Kazan.
