Russian swimmers set a world record among juniors in the 4×50 meter medley relay as part of the Reserve of Russia competition, reports the press service of the All-Russian Swimming Federation.
On the last day of the competition, Muscovites Stepan Kalabin, Egor Bakhur, Evgeny Filippov and Nikita Tupilin achieved the best time in the world among juniors in the 4×50 m medley relay – 1 minute 36.67 seconds.
The previous record also belonged to the Moscow team, it was set in 2022 at the same competition – 1 minute 36.73 seconds.
On Friday, December 1, during the Russian Reserve tournament, the junior world record for the mixed 4×50 m freestyle relay was updated – 1 minute 32.10 seconds.
