Chisora won the vacant WBA International belt. The title of a full-fledged WBA champion belongs to Oleksandr Usyk.
It was the second fight between the boxers. In May 2016, Pulev defeated the Briton by split decision.
Recall that before this victory, Chisora lost in the last three fights, losing to Oleksandr Usyk and twice to Joseph Parker. In May, Pulev defeated American Jerry Forrest by unanimous decision after 10 rounds.
