The experienced biathlete has not had an international start since March 2023
Senior coach Ukrainian women’s biathlon team Nikolay Zots commented on the health situation Elena Bilosyukwhich has not yet started this season.

“She went through three stages of the IBU Cup and never started anywhere. After the New Year, no one will carry tourists,” the coach concluded.
Let us remind you that Bilosyuk was unable to start the sprint race at the third stage of the IBU Cup in Shushen. According to her, on the day of the start she experienced problems with her knee joints.
For Elena, this start was supposed to be the first of the season. Previously, the 36-year-old athlete was not included in the main squad of the Ukrainian national team for the 2023/24 World Cup.
Bilosyuk’s last international start was dated March 18. Then, at the World Cup in Holmenkollen, Elena took 57th place in the sprint.
