Double Olympic champion Evgeny Plushenko announced the official opening of an ice dance department at its figure skating academy under the leadership of coach Natalia Linichuk.
On Friday, December 15, a new branch of the Plushenko Academy of Angels opens its doors in Moscow. The ceremony took place in the presence of the general director of the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) Alexander Kogan, the acting head of the FFKKR Anton Sikharulidze and singer Philip Kirkorov.

The first branch of the Plushenko Academy of Angels opened in the Russian capital in April 2017.
Linichuk, 67, and Gennady Karponosov, are the winner of the 1980 Olympic Games, as well as a two-time world and European champion.
