— Have you been thinking about this proposition for a while?

– I did not think about it. They married me without me (laughs). When the offer came, I arrived, we met and talked within a few days… I didn’t think about it for long.

— You will work at the Moscow Academy…

“I will be here and Evgeniy Viktorovich asked me to come to Gorky twice a week to help the guys. Glide, style, feel better.

— Which of the current athletes at the academy appeals to you when it comes to skiing?

“That’s it,” Linichuk told .

Linichuk, partnered with Gennady Karponosov, is the winner of the 1980 Olympic Games, as well as a two-time world and European champion.
