Russian swimming world record holder Kliment Kolesnikov took second place in the 50-meter freestyle at the international tournament of the Vladimir Salnikov Cup, which is held in St. Petersburg.
The athlete covered the distance in 21.20 seconds, sharing second place with Roman Shevlyakov. The first place was taken by Egor Kornev (21.15).
Among the women, Maria Kameneva won (23.64), Arina Surkova (23.98) was second and Daria Trofimova third (24.28).
The tournament takes place in St. Petersburg from December 16 to 18.
