Russian figure skater Alina Gorbacheva said his main task is to skip two Salchows so that the rest of the program does not suffer.

Gorbachev was among the participants in the Russian Championship, which will be held in Chelyabinsk from December 20 to 24.

— In the short program, I skated a little “headless”, a little off my feet. I had poor body control, which caused strange errors. For example, I never make a mistake on a double axis. I have been able to do all the jumps in the short program for a very long time and very well. It must have been difficult to concentrate. In the free skate, the quadruple salchow did not work, although it had already improved in training. The main task is to skip two Salchows so that the rest of the program does not suffer.

— You had a triple axel when you entered Kazan. How are things going with him?

– I’m working on it. Sometimes it works,” Metaratings.ru quotes Gorbatcheva.

At the Kazan Grand Prix stage, Garbacheva took second place. Sofya Muravyova won gold, Daria Sadkova won bronze.
