The second part of our story is that the ISU has increased the age of adult athletes to 17 years old. Why should we exclude juniors? We will have so many unique athletes that they simply cannot coexist. There are only three places, we will simply stop the development of junior skating. There are some foreign figure skaters that are fun to watch and won’t make 30 year old content. Jump two double jumps? For us, Slutskaya played brilliantly. Do we want to go back exclusively to triple jumps? We can come back to three or two. You have to understand that figure skating is a sport.
