Lingard could continue his career in France, Saudi Arabia or the USA

MLS is the most likely option for the Englishman, given the strict quota for foreign players in other countries

Midfielder services Jesse Lingardwho is in free agent status, were offered to the French Lillu. Also, clubs from Saudi Arabia And MLS.

Lingard is known for his performances for Manchester United – 35 goals and 21 assists in 232 matches over eight (intermittent) years.

The wide attacking midfielder has left Nottingham Forest without a club since the summer of 2023.

In the fall, Jesse stayed in shape with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ittifaq. However, the team coached by Steven Gerrard did not have the opportunity to sign the ex-Manchester United footballer due to the exhausted quota for foreign players.

As Lingard is not an EU player, cap issues could also affect his potential move to France’s Ligue 1 – most of its clubs are currently at full cap.

Taking into account the above circumstances, the American MLS seems to be the most likely destination for the 31-year-old footballer.
