Athletistic / Figure skating. Russian Olympic figure skating champion Anastasia Mishina, in a duet with Alexander Gallyamov, spoke about her transition from singles to pairs skating. At the Russian Championship in Chelyabinsk they became national champions.

“In single skating, I trained with Elena Alexandrovna Klimova, Fedor Klimov’s mother. She was the one who advised me to move on to pair skating, because I was small, around six feet tall. It was probably the right time to move on to pair skating. “Pairs. I was 10 years old then. Maybe for many it’s a bit early, but since I had no prospects in single skating, nothing held me there,” Mishina said in the “Championship”.

Anastasia Mishina began solo figure skating in 2006. Her first coach was Elena Klimova, who paired her with Maxim Kudryavtsev. The couple existed from 2012 to 2014 and separated. In early 2014, Mishina joined forces with Vladislav Mirzoev. Anastasia began training with Alexander Gallyamov in February 2017.
