Sport&Business Club Ukraine continues a series of special projects devoted to analyzing the activity of athletes, leagues and federations. Since 2019, the organization has been consulting and supporting sports organizations in the field of marketing, PR, events and media communications. In 2024, it is planned to hold the SBC Ukraine Awards for sports marketing with awards in more than 20 categories.
This year, Sport&Business Club began the tradition of compiling a rating of “50 main people in sports”, which will become an annual event. Among the criteria that were taken into account when compiling the rating are sporting achievements in the current year, administrative and organizational influence on processes in Ukrainian sports in general or a particular sport, reputation and media exposure in the media and social networks.

The jury members selected the top ten of the list according to a rating system, where, depending on the place of the nominee, a certain number of points were awarded, and places from 11 to 50 were distributed by the jury members in random order, and points were awarded based on inclusion in the rating.
Accordingly, in the final ranking, places from the end to 11 will be presented in alphabetical order, and those who occupy 1-10 places will be indicated with the number of points scored.
Several nominees who scored the same number of points were on the verge of being included in the rating, so it was collectively decided to expand the rating to 54 people and include everyone who received the minimum required number of votes.
The list included representatives of 19 sports, 40 men and 14 women. It should be noted that a large number of rating participants are actively involved in volunteering on their own, and also contribute to the rehabilitation of military personnel through sports.
